Project Management of the fifth phases of the Dukhan housing project, which belongs to the Qatar Petroleum (QP) and executed by ShannonTrading and Contracting W.L.L.
The building contracts consist of 100 buildings for the employees including 400 residential units. Each building consists of 2 storeys and 4 apartments. Area per floor is 2,350 m2. The project comprises three building areas, each includes residential buildings, playgrounds, gardens, parking lots, car washing stations, roads and complete infrastructure works.
